Blackout or Coverall - This is where you cover all numbers on the card to win.

Caller - The person who calls out the numbers.

Pattern - There are lots of different patters that you can have. You only need the numbers that form the pattern to win the game. If you manage to do this within the designated balls to jackpot then you win the jackpot prize. If not then you win the prize in question. If there is more than one winner the prize is divided equally.

Free space - This is the middle square of the card and if it is in the current pattern then it counts towards your winning numbers.

Jackpot - The jackpot is the largest prize for the game. You get the jackpot when you make the pattern that you need for that jackpot with the number of balls that you need to do it. Sometimes there will be a coverall jackpot, which means that you get paid the jackpot if you cover all the numbers on the card.
